Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Lead the commercial management of infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with tier-one Civil Engineering contractors.
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and resolve commercial issues efficiently.
- Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience with tier-one Civil Engineering contractors.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects and NEC contracts.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
