Role Overview
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will provide expert technical guidance, drive process improvements, and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale water treatment projects. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure engineering excellence in process design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Providing technical expertise on water and wastewater treatment processes.
✅ Supporting the design and implementation of engineering solutions.
✅ Collaborating with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
✅ Conducting process assessments, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations.
✅ Ensuring compliance with UK water industry standards and environmental regulations.
✅ Driving innovation and continuous improvement in engineering solutions.
Requirements
✔️ Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or related field).
✔️ Chartered or Incorporated Member status of a professional institution (e.g., ICE, IMechE) or equivalent experience.
✔️ Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
✔️ UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
Salary & Benefits
💰 £50,000 – £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience and chartered status).
🎯 Company bonus scheme (typically 5% – 8%).
💼 Agile working and flexible arrangements.
⏳ 40-hour working week.
📅 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays) + option to purchase 10 additional days.
