Abatec is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Paint Sprayer / Coat Operative for our client’s Production Team based in Yatton. No prior experience is required, but punctuality and a willingness to learn new skills are imperative. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The company are offering:
- Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
- No weekends
- Full training provided
- Progression and upskilling
Key Responsibilities include:
- Operating on site machinery and equipment within a designated area
- Preparing and masking products and components
- Paint spraying products and components to a high-quality
- Quality control and inspection work
- Ensure a tidy work environment and follow all health and safety guidelines
Personal skills and experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivation and initiative-taking ability.
- Effective communication skills.
- Paint Spraying experience would be an advantage
