Abatec is seeking a Site Engineer on a freelance contract to join our client, a regional contractor, for a Civil Engineering project in Devon.
The successful candidate will have experience in the Civil Engineering industry, capable of self-delivery, setting out, quality assurance and have prior experience working with reinforced concrete.
As Site Engineer you will:
- Have multiple years’ experience working on civil engineering schemes
- Assist with as-built surveys and ensure works are delivered to specification.
- Carry out QA checks and conduct material testing.
- Support site management and Section Engineers with day-to-day delivery on site.
Our client requires a Site Engineer with:
- Valid CSCS and experience in heavy civils.
- A good understanding of quality assurance and temporary works.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience working on reinforced concrete structures.
Salary/Benefits:
- £300-£350 CIS
