As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Be responsible for applications, CVR’s, forecasting and cost control.
- Report monthly on profit/loss, cash flow etc
- Prepare and negotiate subcontract enquiries
- Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Have a strong understanding of NEC form of contract and have worked previously for Civil Engineering contractors
Locations: You’ll work from site and home with weekly visits to our clients’ offices in Chippenham
Hybrid options: Flexibility of home working 1-2 days a week
Salary band: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum
Benefits package: Company car or car allowance, 24 days annual leave (exc. bank holidays), company pension plus more.
