My client is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor with change management experience to join their commercial team and have day to day responsibility for a £100m+ Civil Engineering project. For the main part, you have the option of working remotely, although you will be required to visit our clients project in Bournemouth. Experience of NEC forms of contract is essential.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor / Change Manager you will:
- Have worked for tier one Civil Engineering contractors.
- Have experience of administering contracts, subcontractor management, change control, resolving contract issues, valuations, CE’s etc.
- Have working knowledge of NEC contracts.
Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of commercially managing multi-million-pound Civil Engineering schemes.
- Support junior members of the commercial team.
Salary and benefits include:
- Up to £70,000 per annum
- Company car or Car allowance – £6,100 pa
