Shift Pattern
Working hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm (early finish)
What’s on Offer
- Pay rate: £13.10 – £14.41 per hour
- Weekly attendance bonus
- Day shifts only – no nights
- Early finish every Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components accurately using technical drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
- Report faults, defects, or material shortages promptly
About You
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment
- Confident using hand tools and basic power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to good attendance
- A positive team player who can also work independently when required
