Abatec are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy food production team in Clevedon, BS21. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where full training is provided. Attitude and work ethic are more important than previous experience.
You will be working to high standards, supporting production and packing processes, and ensuring food safety procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and handling food products
- Working on a production line
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Supporting the team to meet daily targets
- Manual handling and some heavy lifting
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm (or finish)
- Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Training Period (first 2 weeks)
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – approximately 4:00pm
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Previous food production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting
