Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team across multiple locations including Bristol, Bath, Yate and Weston. The successful candidates will support site operations by assisting trades, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
Responsibilities
• Assist tradespeople with day-to-day site tasks
• Move materials and equipment around site
• Keep site clean and tidy
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Support with general labouring duties as required
• Report any hazards or issues to supervisors
Experience
• Previous labouring or construction experience beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Willingness to learn
Requirements
• Valid CSCS card
• Ability to carry out physical work
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attitude towards work
• PPE required
