As Estimator you will:
- Work closely with the pre-contract team and manage incoming tenders
- Price works from first principals, producing accurate cost breakdowns across plant, labour, and materials, identifying resource requirements and activity outputs.
- Prepare risk registers
- Complete and submit tenders, managing any amendments through the tender process
- Have experience working for a Civil Engineering contractor
- Have a detailed history of pricing/bidding on Civil Engineering & Groundworks projects
- Have knowledge of estimating software, i.e. Valesco, Causeway, Conquest etc
Location: You will be based in our clients’ offices near Gloucester
Salary band: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
