Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and reliable 360 Machine Drivers to join our team working across multiple locations including Bristol, Weston, Trowbridge and Bath. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently, supporting groundwork and site operations. This role requires strong experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to health and safety.
Responsibilities
• Operate 360 excavator safely and efficiently
• Carry out digging, trenching, and grading tasks
• Assist with site preparation and groundwork operations
• Work closely with groundworkers and site teams
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery
• Report any faults or issues promptly
Experience
• Proven experience as a 360 Machine Driver
• Valid NPORS certification (CPCS also accepted if applicable)
• Experience on construction and civils sites
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
• Valid CSCS card
• NPORS (or CPCS) 360 ticket
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to carry out physical tasks when required
• Reliable and punctual
• PPE required
