Join a highly reputable Civil Engineering contractor with a turnover of £110million.  Abatec is working with an established contractor in delivering highway and civil projects across the South West and South East, in the recruitment of a permanent Estimator.  Our client requires an Estimator with a Civil Engineering background and experience in developing tender strategies, design feasibility, producing activity schedules and BoQ’s through to tender submission. 

As an Estimator you will:

• Have worked on Civil Engineering and Highway tenders with values from £1m to £20m
• Be responsible for preparation and submission of all bids.
• Analyse labour, material and plant subcontractors for best value.
• Have working knowledge of NEC contracts.

Locations:  You’ll work from home, office and site

Hybrid options: Hybrid working offered

Salary band: £60,000 – £85,000 per annum

Benefits package: Company car or car allowance, 24 days annual leave (exc. bank holidays), company pension plus more.
