Submitting hours via Timesheets
For the week ending Friday 2nd April please use one of the below methods to submit hours:
- By Timesheet; (this can be completed digitally, however you will need to save the document before sending to the client or back to ourselves).
- Via email; a template can be requested from our administration team at HQ on 01934 635 025.
- By Timesheet; printing the attached timesheet above and completing manually, sending either a picture or scanning the document across to us.
All hours must be approved by the client or his appointed site representative and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before 1pm every Wednesday to ensure smooth payment weekly.
Also, in preparation for this change amendments have been made to your payslips. You are now able to view on a weekly basis how much holiday you have accrued on your payslip.
