Within this role, you will be the main point of contact for a selective group of clients. This firm are looking for client focused individuals to add value to the customer journey. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the clients and financial advisers that have been assigned to you, helping them with any queries.
- Have strong product knowledge
- Oversee instructions and ensure task activity is completed
- Provide technical input and support when required
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Provide guidance on any matters or issues affecting policies
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
Our client requires a Key Account Manager with good product knowledge, has a good understanding of the administrative processes and can nurture and build relationships with external clients. You will need excellent telephone and written communication and be able to resolve queries and issues under pressure.
